-ne Upon hearing that Matthew Barney created a new movie, and this time with his wife/partner Bjork, I had to see it. Hence, last Thursday I went to Landmark on Clark to see Growing Restraint 9.Bjork created the soundtrack to the movie, while Barney was responsible for the story and visual presentation. Overall, the movie was a scrumptious, elating adventure, and the soundtrack fit the film extremely well. there are children dancing in a procession, several females swimming, and more.I believe the movie is about creativity, restraint and love, but I might be off. has proposed amending a bill sponsored by PWC Delegate Scott Lingamfelter (R) that would require the DMV to forward to the State Board of Elections the names of people seeking a driver’s license who indicate they are not citizens. Kaine’s amendments include removing any DMV requirement that driver’s license applicants state whether they are U.S. citizens and deleting a requirement that the DMV provide a list of non-citizens to registrars.
